Our Standard Shipping uses USPS Priority Shipping & FedEx Ground Shipping for any bulk orders.

We apologize that we currently do not ship to APO/FPO or PO Boxes.

Policy & Terms

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from gamefacegrooming.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

FREE Shipping Promotions

  • Orders qualifying for FREE or discounted shipping promotions are shipped via our Standard Ground Shipping service only.
  • FREE or discounted shipping is available in the Continental U.S. only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.

Security

For your own security, you won’t be able to submit an order on gamefacegrooming.com if the billing address, credit card expiration date and/or security code doesn’t match your credit card statement.

Product Refund & Replacement Policy

100% Product Replacement GuaranteeIf you believe you have received defective or incorrect product, you must contact info@gfgrooming.com within 5 days of receipt and please provide your order number in the email. If the product is defective please include a picture of the defective product in your email. In most cases we will refund your order or send you new product, shipping will be covered by Game Face Products, Inc.

Products purchased outside of gamefacegrooming.com will not be eligible for our 100% replacement guarantee. Therefore refunds or replacement product will be determined on a case by case basis. Please email info@gfgrooming.com for more information.
