Morning Boost 

2 servings

  • 4 tbsp of chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 medium sized banana
  • ½ golden delicious apple
  • 1 cup of lactose free whole milk
  • ½ cup cranberry raisins
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup flaxseeds
  • ½ cup probiotic powder (optional)



Orange Crush

1 serving

  • 4 ice cubes
  • 1 fresh orange, peeled
  • ¼ c fat-free half-and-half or fat-free yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

Green Machine

 

 

 

 

 

  • 1green tea bag
  • 1 cup (240ml) boiled water
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) unfiltered apple juice
  • 1 cup (44g) firmly packed baby spinach
  • 1 medium-sized banana
  • 3 tablespoons sprouted chia seed powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
  • 2 teaspoons wheatgrass powder
  • 2 cups frozen pineapples

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 pear, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, skin peeled and chopped
  • 1 handful of spinach (about 2 cups)
  • ½ avocado
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 tbsp ginger, chopped (skin can be left on)
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • juice of 1 lime
Berry Blast
  • 1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
  • ¾ cup chilled unsweetened almond or rice milk
  • ¼ cup frozen pitted unsweetened cherries or raspberries
  • ¼ cup strawberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1½ Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
